How to Place an Order or Sample Order?
You just visit our website and select the Art No. or send us your own artwork and design in any computerized format file by email with exact delivery time, destination, size breakdown, quantity, and color details along with your kind logo or brand name.
Samples Policy
Samples of all the products are available against the cost of samples + courier in advance directly to us or through our bankers. We do not deliver free samples to any of our new customers. We have a set quota of samples to dispatch, and we do not send free-of-cost samples to all the companies; however, for regular customers, they can ask for any item as a free-of-cost sample prior to proceeding with the order.
The buyer can place a sample order, but he/she must bear the freight and cost of the sample. Sample production time is a minimum of 1 week & a maximum of 3 weeks, depending on the sample quantity.
Payment Policy
We work preferably on advance payment. Freight and shipping charges will be added unless otherwise stated. We accept Western Union, Money Gram, in-bank account, wire transfer, and SWIFT transfer. We accept 100% advance or 50% advance & 50% before shipping.
Price List
We provide most competitive prices to our customers which are feasible to every kind of market. However, the company reserves the right to change the prices of any of its product at any time.
We quote prices both based on C/F (includes cost and freight) & FOB (freight on board). We are engaged in making a wide range of products so request to all customers before asking for price list please do categories us about the products of your interest so that we come back to you most specifically up to the mark.
Insurance
Insurance can be arranged upon request of the customer.
Shipment & Delivery
We use the most convenient and efficient agents for our shipments. All orders can be made through by air, by sea, DHL, FedEx, In-Stock UPS, TNT, or by air post registered mail.
We furnish the exact delivery date at the time of confirmation of the order. Delivery of the order will be made depending upon the volume of the order and also as per the agreed time. However, if the required products are in stock then they will be shipped immediately upon receipt of confirmation of payment in our bank.
General Policies
- Any name / brand / logo or special print can be printed, embossed, or embroidered.
- Any volume/size order is acceptable.
- Mixing items order is also possible.
- Logo/name can be printed on cartons at cost.
- Bank/trade ref. from new clients with first order is required.
- All weights, lengths, and specifications are approx.
- Require detailed shipping instructions / port of destination with order.
- Packing in routine is plastic-taped carton covered with polypropylene.
- We pack our goods according to the customer's demand. Normally we pack each garment in a single zip bag and then pack in the board box.
About Shipping?
Normally we dispatch small qty# or sample orders through reliable courier services, and large qty# orders will be sent by air or by sea as per the customer's demand.
When Will the Buyer Get the Order or Production Time?
Normally we dispatch orders in a minimum 15 days and a maximum of 35 days. It depends on the art and quantity because each art has a different production time.
